-🏆 **ANDY RITZ TAKES THE CROWN**
• LARRY BRASWELL GOES SHOT-FOR-SHOT
• JAMY LEWIS LOCKS IN THIRD
• 16 WARRIORS. ONE NIGHT. OPENING NIGHT.
• EVERY FRIDAY 6–9PM
• SIGN UP ON PICKLEHEADS
History was made on the evening of May 1st as 16 of Goldusters’ finest paddle-wielding athletes descended on the courts for the very first Goldusters Member Men’s Night. The night air was charged with competitive electricity — and maybe a little Georgia humidity — but nobody was going home without leaving everything on the court.
Andy Ritz went 7–2 with a jaw-dropping +4.44 point differential to claim the inaugural title. Larry Braswell matched his record but fell short by just 1.77 points. The legend starts here.
The Ritz Blitz
A +4.44 differential isn’t a win — it’s a statement. Andy Ritz dismantled every opponent he faced on Opening Night.
Braswell’s Chase
Same 7–2 record. Same win rate. Just +1.77 points between him and the top. That number will haunt him until next Friday.
Lewis Locks In
6–3 and 67% when the lights were on. Jamy Lewis made the podium in a 16-man field. That’s no accident.
Under The Lights
Five Moments We Won’t Forget
01 — 🔥 Top Play
**The Ritz Blitz**
A +4.44 differential isn’t a win — it’s a systematic dismantling of every opponent. Ritz didn’t just take the title. He sent a message to the entire field.
02 — ⚔️ Rivalry Born
**Braswell’s Relentless Chase**
Identical record. Identical win rate. Just +1.77 in point differential between second place and the crown. That gap will define this rivalry all season.
03 — 💪 Clutch Performance
**Lewis Locks In Third**
Jamy Lewis went 6–3 under pressure, finishing as the only other player above 60%. In a 16-man field, the podium is earned — not given.
04 — 🌙 Night Session
**Under the Lights**
Court D-3 blazing under full lights. Late-night rallies with nobody willing to blink. The night court gave us some of the best pickleball of the evening.
05 — 🏅 Historic First
**The Night That Started It All**
16 men wrote the first chapter of Goldusters Men’s Night history on May 1st. Every single player here gets to say they were there from the very beginning.
One more for the giggles: 06 — 📸 Style Points
**Serious Air Time**
Caught on camera: one competitor leaving their feet for a smash that turned heads on every neighboring court. Whatever the score, that shot won the night.
Weekly Event · Every Friday 6–9pm
Men’s Night.
Every Friday.
Andy Ritz sits on the throne — but thrones are earned again every single week. Will Braswell close that +1.77 gap? Will Lewis make his move? Or will someone nobody is talking about yet shock the entire field?
That someone could be you.
